How to Meditate

  1. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
  2. Close your eyes and focus on your breath.
  3. Pay attention to your breath and the sensations in your body.
  4. Let go of any thoughts or worries.
  5. Simply be present in the moment.
  6. When your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to your breath.
  7. When you’re ready, slowly open your eyes and begin your day.
